A Bit About Danielle

I started my health journey in 2004. I was overweight and needed to make a change - for my confidence and for my health. I started eating foods that I thought were 'healthy' and working out at the gym, doing mostly cardio. I lost some weight, but wasn't seeing the progress I had hoped for. The plethora of fad diets and weight loss information on the internet overwhelmed me, and I felt like I was depriving myself of living and enjoying foods that I have always loved. This brought me to learning the science of MACROS and flexible dieting! Since then, I have educated myself and my clients on how to eat certain foods in moderation and live a balanced lifestyle that is realistic for long term success. What I Offer
As an online coach, I offer personalized macronutrient nutrition plans. Counting macros is a way to learn food freedom - where no foods are off limits. You learn how to eat in moderation and make healthy, realistic lifestyle changes. All of my clients check in weekly with me to track progress and to make adjustments to nutritional plans, as needed.
Macro Nutrition Plans
Each client will receive a nutrition analysis. This will result in a personalized nutrition plan for each client based on their specific fitness goals and current starting point. You will learn how to count and track macros in order to learn how to live a realistic, balanced lifestyle. Working out will never be effective without a strong nutrition plan!
